VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendors when you arrive please visit the front desk in the lobby to check in. We will have two lines. Please get in the line that goes with your first name of the table reservation. A-L or M-Z. We will band you as you check in. We ask that you check in by 8:30 AM Saturday and 9:30 AM on Sunday. We will band you each day with a different band. Setup time will begin on Saturday at 6:00 AM and Sunday at 8:00 AM. NO FRIDAY SETUP. We will have overnight security on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 AM Sunday morning when the doors open. Below is the vendor list and locations (THIS LIST WILL POST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT). We will have chairs but you are responsible for any table coverings and showcases if you choose to use them. Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell any food, snacks or drinks at this venue unless you were approved to do so. ****NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED TO BE PLAYED AT ANYTIME DURING THIS EVENT BY VENDORS, IF YOU PLAY MUSIC AND ARE WARNED ONCE, THE SECOND TIME SECURITY WILL ESCORT YOU OFF THE PREMISES AND YOU FORFIT YOUR TABLES, NO EXCEPTIONS**** Please also share any social media flyers we are running.
